A military veteran turned real estate investor and developer, she combines the discipline of military leadership with hands-on experience identifying opportunities, structuring deals, and bringing investors together to build wealth through real estate. Dr. Melynda K. has an MBA: Project Management and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership. She is passionate about educating others, sharing real-world strategies, and helping aspiring investors confidently move from learning about real estate to participating in real deals.
